Health insurance is one of the benefits being offered to companies’ employees. Most of the applicants think that the company that provides health insurance to its laborers is stable and better than other companies. It is a fact that health insurance is now an “attraction” for applicants. They see it as a good opportunity however, some still regard it as a privilege since not all are capable of being covered by health insurance because of its cost. Health insurance does not only take care of the people’s health but it also somehow enhances the images of companies. Indeed, health insurance completes the package of job offerings in different industries.
