The decay of the Health care industry has resulted in many Americans losing their coverage and ability to obtain respectable health care benefits. With the faltering economy, news just gets harder to swallow for news that major HMO’s are faltering offers no consolation to the millions who would lose their coverage should they fail. Moves by the government to adjust or lower the level for qualification into government sponsored health care provides an easy fix but a total revamp of the system might be in order to allow HMO’s to recover their former glory.
Hailed as one of the best in the world a few years back, it has fallen deeper and deeper into disarray in recent years. Millions have received qualification for access but many still face uncertainty which can result in millions more losing their ability to get affordable and respectable health care. The new government may have to pull out all its tricks to mend the system which is badly in need of reform to prevent collapse as health care costs rise and jobs are lost everyday.
